Call summaries are generated by an AI provider that may process the transcript outside the EU under Standard Contractual Clauses. Recording laws vary, so you remain responsible for telling the people you call that you're recording — see our Privacy page for the details and our sub-processors.

Convault started with a simple, maddening problem: a deal lost to a callback that never happened. Not carelessness — just thirty other calls that day. So we built the thing that fixes it: you talk to your clients, and the notes write themselves.
We work with independent agents and small agencies, 1 to 20 people, who are on the phone all day. We take on a few at a time so we can sit with each one and get it right. Spots are limited because of that — not as a sales trick.
