Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These terms govern your use of Convault during early access. By creating an account you agree to them. Convault is provided by the Convault team; contact hello@convault.app.
Early access
Convault is in active development. Features may change, and there may be interruptions or bugs. We may contact you for feedback. Early-access pricing, where offered, is honored as stated when you join.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Convault lawfully and only for legitimate business calls. You must have the right to call the numbers you dial and to record those calls, and you must inform the people you record where the law requires it. No spam, fraud, harassment, or high-risk/premium-rate abuse. We apply per-account call limits and may suspend accounts that appear abusive.
Your data and responsibilities
You are the controller of the call data you create; see our Privacy & GDPR page. You are responsible for the content of your calls and for compliance with the recording and privacy laws that apply to you.
Availability & liability
Convault is provided “as is” during early access, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. Telephony and AI features depend on third-party providers and may occasionally be unavailable.
Termination
You can stop using Convault and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination we handle your data as described in the Privacy page.
